What is Thunder Ball?

Thunder Ball is Wellington's premier bubble soccer and bubble sport operator. Our mission is to provide fun, safe and high energy events with lots of hilarity!

 

Is it Safe?

Yes it is safe. Your head and body are enclosed inside a bubble protecting you from injury. Health and Safety is our #1 priority, however, like any physical activity, you need to be of reasonable fitness and aware of the risk. 

 

What ages can play?

7- 70 years old depending on physical condition. We have three different size bubbles available to cater for children, teens and adults. Younger children can play but need to be over 110cm tall and physically strong enough to carry the bubble. We don't have a min. weight but if over 120kgs, please let us know. 

 

Where do you play?

We can set up at your local park, school, gym or sports field or any area roughly the size of a basketball court. The area must be flat and free from any debri such as tree branches, sharp objects or animal faeces.

Due to risk of injury and damage to the Thunder Balls, we can not play on concrete, hard turf or areas surrounded by sharp fencing.

How much does it cost?

What if it rains? 

Thunder Ball can be played in the rain but we can also postpone or provide a credit in line with our Terms and Conditions on our Booking Form.

Are you affiliated with GO Tag?
